We invite you to be part of a mission that’s essential to the future of our cherished church – the Church Improvement Project (CIP).
This project aims to both enhance and protect our place of worship, ensuring it remains a welcoming, safe, and inspiring space for our community now and in the years to come.
The total estimated cost of the CIP is $1.5 million, divided into three manageable phases. By organizing it this way, we can work toward our goals step-by-step, making steady progress with the support of our dedicated church family.

Where We Are Now

Sanctuary
Stage - audio / electrician rewiring all outlets for the stage.
Stage – spotlights removed, tested reinstalled or replaced.
Sanctuary lighting – electrician – upgrade recessed lights and house light.
Sanctuary stairs to balcony – added step lights.
Bathroom
Tile work for both walls and floor will be completed this week.
We have added a new water fountain here on the landing.
Sanctuay carpet scheduled for delivery end of May.
We already have the carpet and laminate tiles for other rooms/area.
Installation will be coordinated once we finish with the heavy machinery in the
Sanctuary.
Room/Area Prep
Once Carpet installed and rooms are set up, they will be available for use again even before the Sanctuary is complete. But Work bee will need to be scheduled, even volunteers work during the week. Work bee** dates to be announced

Help Needed Now
1. Help redesign and decorate the Pastor’s and Hall of Fame picture displays for
placement in FH Landing.
2. Thomas Neslund Studio: Reinstall the “Thomas Neslund Vision Wall” mural on
the south wall above the closet.
3. Sanctuary (east interior windows — Mother’s Room, Deacons’ Room, Livestream
Room): Remove the old tint and install new tint.

- AC unit in office was replaced
- Reviewed the pew bids. Final pew vendor was selected. Details to follow

- Sanctuary & Fellowship Hall – completed installation of LED screens and monitors.
- Lobby notice board update - TV upgrade and relocation.
- WiFi upgrade

- Children’s Wing hallway roof repair completed - June 5th
- Fellowship Hall: AV complete reset and reprogram of hardware. Ongoing

- Raised $245,000 cash-in-hand goal for Phase 1
- Awaiting final approval of $455,000 loan to fully fund the initial phase
- Pathfinder Room demolition began – painting and flooring/tile replacement pending
